A Bunch of Flowers

Good Morning to you all, it's challenge day over at the Fab'n'Funky blog and this week our challenge is brought to you by the lovely Ginny and her theme for this week is:

Use Fabric

For my DT card I used a piece of fine linen and embroidered flowers and leaves with Anchor stranded cotton, I cut a hole in the centre of a piece of red gingham paper from the Portabello Road collection from Docrafts and edged with Distress Ink Walnut Stain.  The corners were cut with a Memory Box die and I added a sentiment courtesy of a blogging friend.

Our sponsor this week is:

Digi Doodle Shop
with a super prize for the winner

Do pop over to the challenge blog and see the beautiful designs by the team.

I would also like to enter this card for the following challenges:

Crafty Emma's - Anything Goes
Annabelle Stamps - Stitching
Crafty Ribbons - Flowers
Bunny Zoe's Challenge - Anything Goes

  1. Pat this is fabulous. I love the embroidery (such patience for a card) and the colours in the paper and die cuts match it so well. Definitely one to treasure.
